Study medical care  found that Training the mind and focus they contribute in reducing the level of high blood pressure to the extent that with the postponement and delay pharmacological intervention .

The study, which was conducted in this regard was published in a recent issue of the Journal of Psychiatry , that patients with high blood pressure , stress reduction is based on mindfulness of the most important contributing factors in reducing their blood pressure significantly.

He revealed: " Center for Disease Control and Prevention ," that more than 68 million people in the U.S. suffer high blood pressure , which is known as the " silent killer " where not many people realize in most cases of illness that comes without any warning signs or symptoms.

This comes at a time when it concluded a team of researchers at the University of " Kent " that high blood pressure affect the 30% of Americans , which is what attracted the attention of a lot of doctors because of the health risks associated with cardiovascular disease .
